The weekend is almost hereโ€ฆ and honestly, I canโ€™t wait to turn the ovens back on and get my hands in the dough again โœจ

Making focaccia has become one of the things that relaxes me the most. I love every part of the process, from mixing the dough, to the folds, to watching it slowly rise and transform hour after hour.

And then comes my favorite moment: shaping it, topping it, putting it in the ovenโ€ฆ and waiting to see the final result every single time. Somehow, it never stops feeling special to me! ๐Ÿ˜Š

So yesโ€ฆ the ovens will officially be on again this weekend!

This weekend, I received some incredibly kind messages from customers, and they truly made me happy. ๐ŸคŽ

I wanted to share a few of them because every word of support means so much to me. Knowing that people are discovering, and enjoying, flavors and traditions from my part of Italy here in Texas is something really special.
