I first started out watching my mom do cakes and I was fascinated. I eventually got to do my first cake for family and had a knack for it so I did cakes for family and friends during high school. I then went on to Sandhills Community College and received a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. From then on I have been with the amazing crew at Lowes Foods Bakery who have taught me a lot and challe

nged my cake skills a little more :) . I am a beginner in fondant work as you can see from the few pictures I have posted. I am very skilled with buttercreme icing and most things I can make without the use of fondant!
