Another workshop in the books was the perfect way to kick off May ☀️

We explored starter maintenance, practiced our shaping, and got creative with our scoring—all while enjoying the best local atmosphere. Oh—and of course we enjoyed fresh baked bread and brown butter chocolate chip cookies after. Sourdough is truly a skill that stays with you for life! 🥳

Watching you all gain confidence with your dough is the best part. Thank you for coming out, getting a little flour on your hands, and making this workshop so much fun!
