Meet the “Blueberry Mojito” — a cool, wild little forest-garden elixir that tastes like summer wandering barefoot through dew-covered herbs, laughing at nothing in particular, and finding a hidden creek you swear wasn’t there yesterday.

This is not your standard mojito.

This is the deep-forest, herb-garden version — where blueberries stain your fingers, mint grows a little too freely, and citrus leaves catch the breeze like green silk in the sun.

Bright, juicy blueberries melt into sharp lime and cooling mint, while layered botanicals bring a clean, grounded clarity that feels both refreshing and quietly focused. It’s crisp, vibrant, slightly wild, and just a little magical — like summer decided to grow roots and whisper back.

✨ Inside the wild calm:

• Blueberries — juicy, antioxidant-rich berries known for supporting brain and cellular health. They bring deep, jammy sweetness.

• Lime — bright, tart, and energizing, rich in vitamin C and citrus oils that lift the whole blend. Lime cuts through the sweetness like sunlight breaking through leaves after rain.

• Mint — cooling, refreshing, and traditionally used to support digestion and clarity. Mint brings that instant “ahhh” effect — like stepping into shade on a hot day and finally exhaling.

• Ginkgo — an ancient botanical traditionally used to support circulation and cognitive clarity. slightly earthy, and grounding, ginkgo adds a quiet mental brightness — like the feeling of remembering something you didn’t realize you’d forgotten.

• Lion’s Mane — a revered functional mushroomtraditionally associated with cognitive support and focus. Softly earthy and almost oceanic in tone, it blends into the background like hidden wisdom beneath the fruit and herbs.

• Lemon balm — gentle, citrusy, and calming, known for supporting mood balance and relaxation. It smooths the edges of the brighter notes and brings a peaceful, meadow-like softness to the blend.

• Citrus leaves — aromatic, green, and lightly floral with uplifting citrus oils. They add a clean, breezy finish — like wind moving through sun-warmed trees at the edge of a garden path.

The result?

A crisp herbal mocktail with layers of blueberry jam, fresh lime sparkle, cooling mint breeze, and soft green botanicals that feel like focus, calm, and summer energy all happening at once.

For the people who wander into gardens and forget what they were originally doing, but decide that’s probably fine.

This one is incredible over crushed ice, but it also plays beautifully as a sparkling drink.

✨ Try it with:
• lime seltzer
• blueberry kombucha
• coconut water
• ginger beer (for a spicier twist)

And if you’re turning it into a cocktail…
White rum, gin, or vodka all work beautifully — each one shifting it between tropical, botanical, and crisp.

For full enchanted garden vibes:
Serve in tall glass filled with crushed ice, overflowing with blueberries, lime wheels, and mint sprigs. Garnish with edible flowers, sugared rims, or even frozen blueberries that slowly tint the drink like a watercolor painting.

It tastes like clarity, greenery, and soft wild joy. The kind of drink that makes you linger outside just a little longer than you meant to.

Meet the “Lavender Lemonade” — a soft little moonlit daydream made for quiet evenings, tangled blankets, glowing porch lights, and the exact moment the world finally stops asking things from you.

This isn’t the loud sugary lemonade from childhood lemonade stands.

This is the grown-up, barefoot-on-the-porch, candle-burning, jazz-playing version.

Delicate lavender drifts through bright lemon and soft vanilla like perfume floating through warm summer air. Gentle florals, calming herbs, citrus glow, and creamy sweetness melt together into something that feels like silk pajamas for the nervous system.

It tastes like slow exhalations.
Like sleepy summer gardens at dusk.
Like rain tapping softly against windows while the house glows warm and golden inside.

Crafted as a dreamy herbal nightcap, this blend was made for winding down after long days, soft conversations after midnight, and people who accidentally stay awake romanticizing their own lives.

✨ Inside the calm:

• Valerian root — earthy, grounding, and treasured for centuries as one of the classic nighttime herbs. Traditionally used to support relaxation and restful sleep, valerian brings a deep exhale kind of energy to this blend. Slightly musky and mysterious underneath the florals — like wandering through an herb apothecary lit by lantern.

• Skullcap — a gentle calming herb traditionally used to support the nervous system and help ease tension after stressful days. Soft, herbal, and deeply soothing. Like your brain finally loosening its grip on tomorrow’s to-do list.

• Lavender — floral, dreamy, and famous for its calming aromatic properties. Lavender adds soft garden sweetness and that unmistakable peaceful bedtime energy that somehow make everything feel slower and quieter in the best possible way.

• Lemon — bright, fresh, and naturally uplifting with vitamin C and vibrant citrus oils. It keeps the florals from becoming too heavy and adds a sparkling golden brightness that feels like the last streaks of sunset disappearing behind the trees.

• Rose petals — delicate, romantic, and gently floral with traditional associations of emotional comfort and calm. Rose softens the sharper herbal notes into something velvety and elegant. Like floating candlelight reflecting.

• Vanilla bean — warm, creamy, and impossibly comforting. The vanilla wraps around the florals and citrus like a soft cashmere blanket, turning the whole drink into something luxurious and deeply cozy.

The result?

A calming floral herbal mocktail blend with notes of fresh lemon, sugared lavender, soft vanilla cream, garden roses, and sleepy twilight air.

Bright enough to feel refreshing.
Soft enough to feel like bedtime.

For the people who own too many blankets, romanticize thunderstorms, and say “just one more episode knowing full well that was a lie.

This one is absolutely beautiful served ice cold, but it also makes an incredible warm evening drink.

✨ Try it with:
• sparkling lemonade
• vanilla seltzer
• honey water
• chamomile tea
• coconut milk
• butterfly pea flower syrup is always fun to add for a magical purple sunset effect.

And if you decide to make it a cocktail…
Gin, vodka, elderflower liqueur, or even a splash of limoncello turns this into something that tastes like a secret garden party.

For full dreamy garden-apothecary energy:
Serve in vintage coupe glasses, mason jars,, or delicate teacups with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wheels, dried lavender sprigs, rose petals, sugar rims, or frozen edible flowers.

Bonus points if there are fairy lights involved somewhere.

Willow and Oak have quickly become best friends. When I tried to put him in with the other babies they started picking on him and since they have horns, I quickly removed him. He's too little for that play!

So I put our sweetest doe with him. She lays near him while they nap. They share snacks like two old ladies drinking tea and playing bridge sitting a the small dinning room table with a floral lace table cloth and chatting about gossip kind of best friends 😄
I never hear him make a peep with her- so content

Until night time when I have to swap her out with Clementine. He goes to his separate side and yells for Willow as I walk her back to the doe pen. Clementine is in milk and needs to be separated from the babies at night so she's his "other side of the gate friend" then... Nothing like a bridge buddy. He doesn't like her anywhere near as much as he likes to be with that sweet Willow!!

Today's description of the "Soul Garden collection" adaptogenic Mocktail.

Meet the “Pina Colada” — sunshine in a glass, sea breeze in your hair, and the kind of drink that makes you suddenly understand why people abandon their responsibilities for tiny beach towns. 🥥🍍🌴☀️

This dreamy little tropical escape was crafted for porch swings, salty skin, barefoot evenings, and pretending your backyard is actually a hidden island resort somewhere far away from emails and laundry.

It tastes like golden hour reflected on ocean waves. Like sunscreen, soft music drifting from a tiki bar, and the sound of palm leaves rustling overhead while the ice slowly clinks in your glass.

Creamy coconut, bright pineapple, fresh lime, warm ginger, soft vanilla, calming herbs, and a whisper of euphoric botanical bliss come together into something that feels both luxurious and wildly nostalgic.

✨ Inside the sunshine:

• Pineapple — juicy, tropical, and naturally rich in bromelain, an enzyme traditionally loved for supporting digestion and reducing inflammation. Bright, tangy, and basically vacation fruit royalty. It gives this blend its golden tropical sparkle and tastes like sunshine decided to become edible.

• Coconut — creamy, smooth, and deeply hydrating with naturally occurring electrolytes and healthy fats. Coconut brings that velvety island richness that makes every sip feel indulgent and soft around the edges. Like drinking from a seashell cabana.

• Lime — crisp, vibrant, and full of vitamin C and uplifting citrus oils. It cuts through the creamy sweetness with a bright tropical snap that wakes everything up like diving into cool ocean water on a hot day.

• Ginger — warm, zingy, and treasured for centuries for digestive support and soothing the body. It adds a little spicy glow underneath the tropical sweetness that makes the whole drink feel alive and sparkling.

• Lemon balm — gentle, calming, and known traditionally for supporting relaxation and uplifting the mood. Soft and citrusy with peaceful beach-at-sunset energy. Like your nervous system finally unclenching while hammock swinging under palm trees.

• Vanilla bean — warm, creamy, and comforting in the most luxurious way possible. Rich vanilla notes wrap around the tropical fruit like silk sheets in a beachside bungalow. Soft, nostalgic, and impossible not to love.

• Kanna — a treasured South African botanical traditionally used to promote relaxation, emotional ease, and social connection. Smooth, grounding, and quietly euphoric in the gentlest way. Like laughing with friends under string lights while the ocean hums in the distance.

• Eleuthero root — often called Siberian ginseng, this legendary adaptogen has been traditionally used to support stamina, resilience, and steady energy during times of stress. Grounding without feeling jittery, eleuthero brings that “sunrise beach walk after a full night of laughter” kind of energy — clear-headed, balanced, and ready for adventure.

• Tulsi (Holy Basil) — sacred, aromatic, and treasured for centuries in herbal traditions as a plant of balance and restoration. Tulsi is known for supporting stress response, mood, immune health, and overall calm vitality. Slightly herbal with soft clove-like warmth, it weaves through the tropical sweetness like warm island air drifting through open windows at dusk.

The result?

A creamy tropical herbal mocktail blend with notes of fresh pineapple, coconut cream, citrus zest, warm vanilla, and breezy island air. Sweet, bright, calming, and just a tiny bit magical.

For the people who collect seashells, romanticize summer storms, and think life is better eaten from a pineapple-shaped cup.

This one tastes amazing on its own over crushed ice, but it absolutely comes alive with mixers.

I added ice to a blender with coconut cream and pineapple juice for the most delicious frozen drink! But you could-
✨ Try it with:
• sparkling coconut water
• pineapple juice
• lime sparkling water
• vanilla cream soda
• coconut milk
• mango juice
• tropical kombucha

And if you decide to make it a cocktail…
White rum, coconut rum, or even a splash of dark rum turns this into something that feels straight out of a candlelit beach resort.

For full tropical drama:
Serve in a chilled hurricane glass, tiki mug, hollowed pineapple, or oversized mason jar overflowing with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedges, toasted coconut, lime wheels, cherries, tiny cocktail umbrellas, or edible flowers.

Bonus points if there’s sunset lighting and a playlist that sounds like steel drums and poor financial decisions.

I just wanted to pop in for a moment and say how incredibly thankful I am for these little farm and community corners of the internet. What started as simply sharing pieces of everyday life has turned into something so much sweeter and more meaningful than I ever expected.

Through these pages, I’ve connected with some truly wonderful people — kind souls who understand the joy of muddy boots, fresh eggs, flourishing gardens, baby animals, homemade recipes, and the simple beauty of building a life close to the land.

I’ve learned so many new things along the way, gathered treasured recipes, shared advice and encouragement, and watched so many of us grow together season after season. There’s something really special about seeing people cheer each other on through successes, hard work, new beginnings, and even the messy moments in between.

One of my favorite things has been watching everyone’s farms, gardens, animals, and dreams continue to flourish. I genuinely look forward to seeing your journeys unfold — the new blooms, the new babies, the handmade projects, the harvests, and all the little everyday moments that make this lifestyle so beautiful.

It feels less like social media and more like an old-fashioned community gathering place — full of warmth, wisdom, laughter, and people who truly care. And for that, I’m deeply grateful. 💚

This is a cute trend too. I can't help it - if I'm offered to be turned into a cartoon or sketch - I'm doing it!

The Soul Garden Collection;

These drink mixers come in a 4 oz jar and an 8 oz jar. They're more like decoctions which is like a strong brewed tea. In a smaller amount of water so it's easier to make two drinks at a time... If you can brew 4 oz of water and a tablespoon of tea go for it! But most people wouldn't be able to soak tea in that small amount. Good thing these drinks are great to enjoy with friends or partner 💚

So you'll want to add 2 tablespoons of tea in a tea bag or two tea steepers. In 6-8 oz of water.
Make it the same way you make tea.
Let cool on the counter - usually 15-20 minutes.
Get your glass with ice. Pour 3-4 oz (or the whole thing if you'd like) of the decoction over the ice and add your mixer/s of choice.
Feel free to leave it herbal or spike it.
Whatever your preference you can feel better about this than a sugary flavored syrup with no benefits 😉 It will help support your body, mind and soul while feeling indulgent and refreshing 💚
