Welp…a bakers worst nightmare, I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease 😔
It’s been about a month, so after I got over the initial anger 😏 I have decided to lean into it. I have joined groups, met with a dietician and learned a lot about how it effects everyone differently.
I have been playing with my regular recipes and only really mastered the cutouts.
I will still be making regular items as well, so while I will be as careful as possible, I ask that you use your discretion based on your own health when you choose to order.
There will also be a minimum of a dozen per order.
I now know how hard it is to enjoy food anymore, but hey, you gotta play the cards you’re dealt right?!

Congrats Lia! And thank you westernnyproduceinc for supplying the raspberries 🙂
