Hello everyone! I am Madelyn, the owner of Cake Pops by Maddy. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, holiday, baby shower, or want a treat, I am here to help!
To simplify the ordering process, I've put together some of the most frequently asked questions I have encountered. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!

1) How far in advance should I place my order?
- For standard orders, we recommend ordering 1-4 weeks ahead. Larger events or custom designs should be placed 3 weeks to 2 months in advance, and even earlier during busy seasons.
2) How do I complete my purchase?
- A deposit is required to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is due at pickup. Payments are accepted via Zelle or Venmo. I am working on getting CashApp set up so updates will be provided soon.
3) Do you offer custom designs?
- Yes, we can create custom cake pops to match your theme and preferences. Custom designs may require extra time and cost, so please reach out early!
4) How will I receive my cake pops?
- Orders are available for pickup in Spartanburg at a private location, which will be shared upon confirmation.
5) Do you accommodate allergies?
- Absolutely! Just let us know about any allergies when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
