Just a quick update for those who were hoping to see us at the Batesville Square Market this Wednesday. The weather can be unpredictable at times but Bloom&Roost will be back Wednesday July 8th, weather permitting. 😘 But, as always you can order directly from us and pick up on Saturday at the Hernando Farmers Market on the square in Hernando, MS or order and do a porch pick up in Southaven, MS. We look forward to hearing from you or seeing you this weekend!

What is Focaccia, anyway!? So many have asked and here’s the low down. Sourdough focaccia (pronounced fo-KAH-cha) is a light, airy Italian flatbread leavened naturally with a sourdough starter, featuring a signature crispy, golden crust fried in olive oil and a pillowy, deeply flavorful interior. Focaccia is commonly used as an appetizer or alongside soups or salads. You can use it however you want…it’s amazing!
