Customized themed cake? ✔️

This time, we went with a fresh strawberry theme! 🍓🎂

Made with my signature Japanese chiffon cake, layered with light and fluffy whipped cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries in every bite. To make it even more special, I served the homemade strawberry purée on the side, so everyone can choose whether to drizzle it on or simply enjoy the cake as is.

One of my favorite details? I designed and 3D printed Stella’s name as her cake topper. Not only does it complete the cake, but it also becomes a little keepsake she can save long after the celebration.

Our Ube Flan Cake combines soft, moist ube chiffon cake with rich, creamy leche flan and a generous layer of homemade ube halaya nestled in between. Each layer brings its own delicious texture and flavor, creating the perfect balance of creamy, fluffy, and indulgent goodness.

Finished with silky frosting and that beautiful natural purple hue, every slice is a delightful fusion of beloved Filipino favorites.
