Happy Monday!!! I hope you all ahead a wonderful holiday and are surviving the back to work grind…. I’m barely hanging in here myself!!! Heading into a busy December I will only be doing oats this weekend and then we will have to skip until after Christmas…. So if you need to order more so you can freeze them here is your heads up 😉

Sorry I’ve been MiA this week. I believe I got everyone’s orders. Ruby girl had surgery yesterday so If you forgot I can still squeeze you in if you let me know by 4 pm today. See previous posts for flavors and don’t forget that we are skipping next week. 😀

$5 each Each cup is about 250-300 calories with 18-20 g protein
