Today and the 24th are our last days before the outdoor market closes at Capitol Market. Gates open at 10am. Make sure if you come through the main parking lot to walk all the way down to the end to find our table. Once outdoor markets close we may rent a space inside or do local pickup through hotplate until the spring. I hope to see you here 🫶🏼

-cinnamon roll focaccia
-cheesy garlic herb focaccia
-brown butter chocolate chip cookies
-cranberry orange scones
-cinnamon apple scones
-mini chocolate cakes

All of our items are sourdough and made with care. We will have classic sourdough samples and brown butter chocolate chip cookie samples.

Tomorrow is dough day! 🥣✨
Last weekend we had to swap out the mini chocolate sourdough cakes for banana bread due to time—but so many of you asked for them to come back, and I listened! They will officially be back on the table this Saturday at Capitol Market starting at 10 AM.
Side note: watching my Ankarsrum mixer whip up this chocolate buttercream is absolutely mesmerizing 😍

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today. 🫶🏼With the festival going on it was crazy busy but so so fun. I am definitely going to have to up the focaccia and scone production. We will be back again next Saturday at Capitol Market✨

It’s always a good day when it’s Dough Day! I got to put the new dough fridge to use today and it fit 35 loaves exactly. Now we just have to get more shelves 💪🏻 we are so excited for the market Saturday! Comment below what your favorite Bizzy Bakery item is 🫶🏼
