Spring is fast approaching and I’ve been busy baking some spring-inspired macarons that I can’t wait to share with you all. 🌸

First, available in mini cakes or regular size, we have Cherry Blossom! Made with 100% crushed Japanese Sakura powder – it’s floral, fragrant, and perfect for cherry blossom season. These are also topped with edible cherry blossom wafer flowers.

Next, we have Caramelized White Chocolate Flora – rich, amber-hued caramelized white chocolate ganache filling and topped with edible flowers like rose, blue cornflower and calendula petals.

A treat for the senses! 😌
