I am so grateful for all of the students(who enjoy the goodies and delivery) to the parents (who trust me to make their kiddos special day just a bit sweeter), and the ones who gave this Class of 2026 ND mom a chance in 2022.
I could never have imagined the way this journey would go for me when I started 10 years ago. YES!🙌 August will be TEN YEARS!! 😱.

When a review takes your breath away…..

“There were so many great posts about birthday cookie deliveries from Chips & Doodles here over the four years, but my son has a summer birthday, so we never ordered. I had no idea what we were missing until we tried these Chips & Doodles cupcakes at a wedding dinner. My ND roommate (of 40+ years ago) asked in a conspiratorial voice at the dinner if I had tried the cupcakes - I hadn't because I figured they were grocery-store level cupcakes. Oh, no. They are on a level astronomically higher than a grocery store. They're Michelin three-star cupcakes, Ambrosia, nectar of the gods, heaven on a plate. Everyone discovered this and they disappeared in minutes.

I thought that finding out about the deliciousness of Chips & Doodles was going to be just one more thing to be sad about - with the end of the years having a Notre Dame student - shall I count the ways? The dorms, the Basilica, the grotto, the bookstore, Original Pancake House, Rohr's, Cafe J, the Marching Band, I'll stop. The amazing thing is that Chips & Doodles will ship the cupcakes - sent with a box of icing and piping bags. If you missed out on the treats from this company, it's not too late. No more move-ins, move-outs, gamedays with a current student - but you can still get your Chips & Doodles.”

Did you know we made Bundt Cakes???

Neither did we! We had a request for a Bundt cake for an engagement party later this month and this was our sample! This actually has one half vanilla made with real vanilla and butter and the other half is Lemon made with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest! Finished off with a delicious buttercream frosting it mixes a bit of elegance with freshly baked deliciousness!

We use butter and real vanilla for starters! It’s the foundation of an unbeatable flavor in so many of our varieties!!

Peanut butter cookies originated in the United States, tracing their roots back to the 1910s when agricultural scientist George Washington Carver promoted the peanut as a sustainable crop. We found a design that looks like our doodle logo 🌀 so that’s what we use on our peanut butter cookies. We love how they look and taste!!🤤🤤

Snickerdoodles are quintessential American drop cookies, best known by their crackly surface and tangy, cinnamon-sugar flavor. It is believed that they emerged in New England and Pennsylvania Dutch communities in the 19th century, likely evolving from German or Dutch immigrant baking traditions.

The difference between a Snickerdoodle and a Sugar Cookie is that the Snickerdoodle recipe includes Cream Of Tartar which gives the cookie the tang that it is known for. Add to that the cinnamon and sugar - and you have a Snickerdoodle!
