Enjoy this traditional Middle Eastern flatbread, aka Zaatar (Thyme) bread or Manakish or Safayeh.  This zaatar flatbread is soft and tender, and can be served as a snack, appetizer, or alongside a breakfast or lunch/dinner spread!

Zaatar is a Middle Eastern spice blend usually comprised of sumac, thyme, and sesame seeds. When combined with olive oil to top the Middle Eastern flatbread, you have a truly flavor-packed bread to impress!

Flute-shaped homemade biscuit sandwiched around a soft, chocolate filling and stuffed with rich and creamy pistachio paste filling, are dipped in couverture chocolate and garnished with a sprinkle of bright-green fresh pistachios.  This combination of flavors and textures is just amazing.

Pistachio butter is made from 100% pistachios – no additives, sugar, salt etc.  There's no question that Turkish pistachios have the strongest pistachio flavor, and that's what is using.  In addition to the "secret" ingredients—namely fresh pistachio oil for an extra boost of pistachio flavor, we add a spoonful of orange blossom water and rose water to open up the overall aroma.

is introducing Napoli.  If you are a pistachio lover, then Napoli is your choice, and you will surely adore these and cookies just like we do... they taste just like super fancy pralines.... maybe more!

Ma’amoul cookies (aka Maamoul dates) feature a sweet spiced date filling stuffed into a rich, buttery, crisp cookie that’s somewhat similar to shortbread (way more yummy!). 

They may be in the shape of balls, domed or flattened cookies. They can either be decorated by hand or be made in special wooden moulds called tabe.  Here at we serve authentic and products; thus we decorate our Ma'mouls by hand to serve our customers. 

While ma'amoul are consumed all-year long, they are most associated with Eid Al-Fitr as sweets in celebration for the ending of Ramadan's fasting as well as Eid Al Adha, or the Feast of the Sacrifice, which marks the culmination of the hajj (pilgrimage).  For Christian Arabs in Jerusalem (and other parts of the world) as well, ma'amoul is also part of the Easter celebration.

is introducing "Savor The Moment"... in this picture, three savory items you will find at our bakery.

1. Chocoltine:
Homemade puff pastry rich double chocolate croissants taste like they took all day to make. They’re buttery, delicious, and perfectly chocolatey. The chocolate inside melts while it bakes into the dough, creating a buttery chocolate masterpiece.

2. Spinach Cheese Snail: Chopped spinach, feta, ricotta and flaky filo pastry steal the show in this absolutely delicious crowd pleaser. All wrapped up in a circular snail-like form and baked until golden brown and super crispy. A piece of this pie is absolutely delightful to have right as it comes out of the oven. Qairawan (Kairawan), or as known as Makroud is an exceptional kind of cookie, not just for their origin, but how very little white sugar is in this recipe. The sweetness of the date, orange and spice filling carry this cookie to the finish line. The semolina is dense, but not heavy. The oven-baked method creates crunch and the Orange Blossom Sugar Syrup provides the sweet finishing moisture.
