To ensure every order receives the time, care, and quality it deserves, all orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance, with full payment also due 2 weeks in advance.

Orders that are not paid in full by the provided due date will be canceled and not fulfilled.

This policy helps cover the time, preparation, and materials that go into each custom order. Last-minute cancellations and delayed payments can impact scheduling and resources, and this update allows me to continue providing the best possible service to all customers.

19 years ago, my older brother King worked at ColdStone and made our little brother Mikey a Cars cake for his 3rd birthday. He lost his mind and loved it! 🥰
