Exciting News! I will be selling at the FIRST Kensington Farmers Market! The Market will be held in the Library Parking Lot on Saturday, June 27th from 8am-Noon.

Pre-Orders are welcome and should be placed by Tuesday night, June 23rd, or just stop by and see what the Market has to offer.

I will be offering the same items that I will be selling in Smith Center on Friday. You can find the menu on the pinned post on my page.

Introducing “Lil’ Dippers”. 9 small cookies with a generous 2 ounces of vanilla frosting to dip them in. I will have these in various flavors throughout the market season.

🥧🥧🥧🥧Pies!! 🥧🥧🥧🥧

I’ve upped my pie game this year. Because fresh cherries are so expensive I have always used a high quality canned pie filling for my cherry pies, and standard canned peaches for my peach pies. While they were tasty, there was still room for improvement.

These cherry pies are brimming with organic montmorency cherries, picked at the peak of ripeness. My recipe includes bourbon (don’t worry, there is no alcohol in the cooked product, only the amazing bourbon flavor). If you’ve ever mixed bourbon with cherry, you know. It makes the most amazing cherry flavor. That mixed with hints of almond and vanilla, you will savor every bite.

The peach pies are made with flavorful, sweet, palesaide peaches. And of course, like they always have been, the apple pies are made with the freshly sliced, perfect tart pie apples.

The crust has not changed. It’s still that sweet, tender and flaky crust that we all look for in the perfect pie.

I make pies once, sometimes twice a year. Here’s your chance to grab one or maybe two to throw in the freezer when you’ve got guests and need that dessert to impress. This week I am offering cherry, apple and peach.

Today was an amazing sale day at the Phillipsburg County Farmers Market! Unfortunately we got stormed out, which left us with some extras.

Introducing our newest jumbo cookie, “Birthday Cake.”

These cookies taste just like birthday cake batter- that is the best way to describe it. A funfetti cookie with a thick layer soft, lofty frosting. These come cut into 6 “cake slices”. My kids are wild about these and I’m positive they will be a fan favorite among kids and adults alike.
