But for now, trust me when I say that Shannon-dough-a's debut making sourdough Cinnamon rolls was 12/10, no notes, the best thing ever- all the critics in my house agreed!

If you guessed sourdough (I know, it was a hard one!) you're right! Connor and I have been creating a special buddy- Cowboy Kent Rollins sourdough recipe. I have named her Shannon-dough-a, in honor of 90's country music, because I'm over here doing my best to raise a 90's kid. The potatoes in the recipe provide the nutrition for the starter to keep bubbling.
