Okayyyy… this is WAY too much fun. 😂❤️

I asked AI to take everything it knows about me, use my photo, and turn me into the 1940s old-school pin-up version of myself… and somehow it absolutely understood the assignment.

And now I’m laughing because THIS is exactly the kind of old-school aesthetic I’ve always pictured for Lacy’s Baked Goods and the trailer. 🍪🥖🤠

The blonde hair, tattoos, cowboy boots, rolling pin, sourdough, cinnamon rolls… all wrapped up in that vintage bakery-girl attitude. It feels a little sweet, a little sassy, a little western, and a whole lot like me.

Now I have a problem…

Lacy’s Baked Goods is officially launching our new Hotplate ordering platform! 🤎🍞

Now it’s super simple — place your order and schedule your pickup, all in ONE place!

⏰ Ordering opens TOMORROW at 8 AM and closes Wednesday at 8 PM!

For our very first drop, I’m keeping things simple with limited quantities, so be quick! Once it’s gone, it’s gone. 😉

Hey friends! ❤️ I need your honest input.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the future of Lacy’s Baked Goods, and I’d love to hear what my loyal customers think.

I’m considering moving to a pre-order pickup model instead of having the trailer open regularly. I know so many of you love stopping by the trailer, and trust me—I love seeing you! 🥹 But this change would allow me to better manage my baking schedule while continuing to provide the quality you’ve come to expect.

Here’s what I’m thinking:
🥖 Monday–Wednesday: Pre-order window opens
🛍️ Friday: Pickup day

This gives me more time to focus on baking, better plan production, reduce waste, and make sure every loaf of bread, cookie, cinnamon roll, and pastry is the best it can be.

I’ll still be taking custom orders, too! Whether you want two dozen cookies for the freezer, pecan rolls, cinnamon rolls, bread, or something special for an event, I’ll continue offering those by order.

Before I make any decisions, I’d really love your feedback.

Well friends… unfortunately the town has tied my hands, and I have to move my bakery trailer. Because of that, Lacy’s Baked Goods will be closed until further notice.

This wasn’t the news I was hoping to share, but I truly appreciate every single customer who has stopped by, shared a post, told a friend, or supported my little bakery. Your encouragement has meant more than you know.

With fire season ramping up, my focus will be on that for now. If all goes as planned, I’m hoping to reopen after fire season.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for supporting my dream. I can’t wait to get back to baking for all of you. ❤️
