We were a little busy today celebrating my girls graduation 🎓

Sorry for the delay in the announcement, but we will be closed until further notice while we get the ovens calibrated and everything settled in the new kitchen.

Well… moving week is definitely keeping things interesting over here. 😅

Tomorrow will be a bread-only day. The ovens in the new kitchen still need a little more TLC before I can get fully up and running, so I brought my dough back home to make sure I could at least get fresh bread baked off for everyone.

Thank you all for being patient while we juggle the move, bakery setup, graduations, end-of-school chaos, and all the in-between moments. One loaf at a time over here. ❤️

Big changes are happening around here this month. ❤️

My oldest daughter graduates on Saturday, school is wrapping up for my youngest, and we are saying goodbye to our Tamarack home. Yesterday I moved the bakery, and there’s still a lot to figure out as we settle into this next chapter.

With all of that going on, I’ll still do my best to have the trailer stocked Friday morning on Tamarack before the move. Thank you for all the support, patience, and kindness during this busy season for our family. 🫶

Good morning! What an eventful evening — hope everyone survived the internet going out for a few hours. My child was just in the hallway playing dolls like it was a normal camping trip 😂

I was a little stressed in the middle of bake day, just hoping the electricity would hold out, but thankfully everything stayed on!

On the bright side, that humidity made the bread extra fluffy and soft today.

We are fully stocked and open today with fresh goodies, plus a little special treat — I restocked and used Bourbon Vanilla Paste in this week’s bakes, so if you see little black vanilla bean flecks, that’s the good stuff ✨

We’ll also be doing a yard sale tomorrow, so come by and say hi!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! 🇺🇸

And Happy ONE YEAR anniversary to Lacy’s Baked Goods! 🤍

I truly can’t believe how quickly this year has come and gone. What started as a dream, a leap of faith, and a whole lot of baking has grown into something so special because of all of you. Your support, encouragement, kind words, and every single purchase have meant more to me than I could ever fully explain.

This year has been an eye opener in so many ways. It has taught me about hard work, sacrifice, community, and believing in myself even on the hard days. I’m beyond grateful for every lesson, every customer, every early morning, and every sold-out bake day.

To celebrate one year, I’m opening today with a NEW item I’ve never made before — limited caramel sticky buns! 🍮✨

I’ll be refilling the stand all day, so make sure you stop by!

Happy Tuesday! ☀️

Here’s this week’s menu!

I’m going to start doing more of a rotating weekly menu — changing up cookies each week and alternating between scones, muffins, and coffee cake. I realized I was treating the trailer like a full bakery and starting to wear myself out a little.

With moving and a graduating daughter, I need to scale back my weekly bakes a bit and make things more manageable while still bringing you all fresh homemade goodies each week. ❤️

And yes… the new location reveal is coming soon! 👀

As always, if there’s something you really want, preorders are the best way to make sure you get it — especially with a little notice 😉

We’ve had a few requests for larger cinnamon roll packs lately. Would you all be interested in a 6-pack option instead of the usual 4-pack?

I’d love to hear your thoughts before I start making changes. Bigger family packs? More to freeze for later? Or do you prefer the smaller packs?
