We celebrated my daughter’s baptism recently and I loved being able to make her a special cake 🤍 I actually fully made it 3 months ago in Utah and froze it until we served it in July! 🙌🏻😲

Prep and freezer steps:
-fully bake and decorate your cake
-place in freezer or fridge for 10-15 mins to set decor
-wrap entire cake in Saran Wrap
-wrap entire cake in foil (extra protection for the long storage time in a freezer)
-move cake to fridge 1-2 days before event so it thaws slowly
-take cake out of fridge 1-2 hours before event to come down to room temp

There you go! It turned out amazing! Fun testing this process out!

My biggest number cake order to date! Two three-layer half sheet sized number cakes. Order was for a big 75th birthday party!

7 cake - chocolate layers, chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam filling
5 cake - vanilla layers, vanilla buttercream and lemon curd filling

These cakes were big and heavy! And so much fun to make!!
