Such a fun idea to have chocolate and vanilla golf cupcakes for a golf themed baby shower. How cute! These made me think of father's day which is coming up in a few short weeks. Im accepting orders for father's day cupcakes and cakes as well 💚

The first cake of the summer series is complete! 🌿💛

Andie's yellow dress, the love fern, the Frost Yourself campaign, the card game...all represented in different details of the cake.

This being my first cake of the series, im hoping to improve my skills as I go. The flavor of the Lemon Chantilly cake was impeccable, however I didnt execute the piping and details as well as i had hoped, partially due to a new frosting recipe which wasnt the right consistency. Oh well! I know for next time 🙂

What movie should I do next? Im thinking Legally Blonde, You've got Mail, or Clueless. Let me know your pick!

I recently asked you all to vote for a cake series I'll be starting over the summer. I had a tie for first place: periods of art history or 90s/early 2000s romcoms. Basically, ill be taking the aesthetic of the topic and turning it into a cake, representing important elements from them. Im so excited to test my artistic abilities in the form of cakes. I'll be experimenting with new flavors as needed for the different topics.

This cake, a 6" carrot cake with maple buttercream, was inspired by my wedding cake. When I asked my husband what cake design he wanted for his birthday this year (he always asks for carrot cake), he requested a mini version of our wedding cake.
