This Almond Croissant Blondie has been on my must-bake list for the longest, but I had jaw surgery in June & couldn’t handle the almonds until now 😩.

These are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth soft with that delicious almond croissant flavor. 🤤

And listen… if you’re like me and add extra almond paste 🫣, let these babies spend a little time in the fridge before serving. That extra chill gives them the perfect texture!

🍂🍯 FALL IS COMING… I think 😩😂 & I just found the perfect fall bread! Honey Focaccia Cornbread: the perfect blend of sweet Southern cornbread and fluffy, golden focaccia. 🤎

It’s light and airy like focaccia but still has that comforting cornmeal texture everyone loves in cornbread.

Born to bake! Relegated to doing… whatever life has me doing these days 🤪😂.

Last week I had the most phenomenal brown butter biscuits & butter; so of course I had to recreate them 😍! Life has been leveling out a bit, so I’m happy to get back to baking.

Not sure if I’ll start selling again. But I definitely hope to share more of what’s bringing me joy on my kitchen 🫶🏽
