Today’s experiment: peach cobbler bread pudding. Made with our very own pain de mie and peaches from McCurry Produce. We seriously can’t get enough of these peaches and all the things we can make with them! So far we have:

Smoked maple bourbon peach jam
Peach cobbler cinnamon rolls

And now peach cobbler bread pudding. Can’t take credit for the concept this time Garrett Thompson said it last night and I knew I had to try it out today. It did not disappoint.

And yes…half the pan is already gone. It’s that good.

Should we put it in the menu at next weeks Shreveport Farmers' Market??

We are setup at the Shreveport Farmers' Market! Come by for our fresh baked cinnamon rolls, banana bread cinnamon rolls and a variety of our fresh brioche breads! We’ve even got some salted caramel latte cake slices while they last!

Also made our Saturday cinnamon rolls drop over at Raccoon Bend Farms!

We had our first sold out market today at the Shreveport Farmers' Market and are just overjoyed at how much everyone loved our baked goods! We heard you Shreveport - we didn’t bring enough and will be more prepared to serve more of you next time!

Jaycee is competing in Orlando for gymnastics nationals next week so we won’t be out there next weekend but we’ll be back the week after with more of everything you loved and hopefully some fresh new stuff 😉

We’ve got some breads that didn’t make it to the market yesterday and lots of cookies still looking for homes! Grab them before they’re gone!

We have two pans of Rattlesnake Rolls - (these were our best seller yesterday) tequila and habanero infused cheddar brioche rolls topped with hot honey. Great as pull apart diner rolls or sliced for sliders! $8/pan or $14 for both.

1 pan of Stout Rolls: Our signature brioche rolls filled with Dublner Irish Stout Cheese and brushed with a bourbon butter glaze. $8

Lemon Blueberry Thyme Goat cheese braid drizzled with honey. $2/slice or take the whole 3/4 loaf for $10.

Cookies:

We have our classic double chocolate chip and Cafe Au Lait cookies for $3/each or $10 for 4 mix and match.

Only 3 Reese’s Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies left for $4 each. These were a hit at the market yesterday!

Custom cakes might just be our love language. This Lotus Biscoff cake went out to a customer this week and honestly it was hard to let it go. Layers of spiced cookie butter, that drip, the piping…it all came together in a way that reminded us why we love doing this.

Flavor drop x2! We had a blast building these two new sweet roll flavors.

Hot Cocoa Bomb: loaded with cocoa, melty chocolate and hints of warm milk topped with marshmallow fluff and a marshmallow infused cream cheese icing. Finished off with a drizzle of warm chocolate and cocoa sprinkle.

Biscoff: filled with cookie butter and biscoff cookie crumbles, topped with our brown butter cream cheese frosting and a cookie butter drizzle and crumble!

What should we make next? Planning a trip to get some fresh strawberries this weekend…🤔
