💙 This month, we’re proud to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will & Grundy Counties through our Doughnation program.

Their mission is simple but powerful: to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

And there are two big ways our community can help: donate or become a Big.

BBBS currently has Littles waiting to be matched with mentors. Becoming a Big doesn’t mean being perfect or having all the answers... it means showing up. Bigs commit just 4 hours a month for one year, spending time with their Little doing everyday things: grabbing pizza, reading, playing sports, going for a walk, trying something new, or simply being someone they can count on.

Donations matter, too. They help BBBS provide programming for Bigs and Littles at no cost, including homework support, art club, STEAM programs, movie nights, educational programs and more.

This month, a portion of our proceeds will go directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will & Grundy Counties.

How I’d Eat It: Protein Bagel. We’ve mentioned the protein bagel before, but they’ve been popular lately. With less carbs and calories and about 14g of protein per bagel, they’re a lighter alternative. I like to eat them with eggs or egg white and lots of microgreens.
