I had to get educated on these kid characters so I could bake my little neighbor 30 of them for his early birthday (cause it’s been a while since I’ve had to watch cartoons) ☺️…. SONIC the Hedgehog … the birthday boy was so polite because his grandma said ‘what do you tell Mrs. Lupe?’and he sweetly said ‘THANK YOU.’💗

On Saturday I attended a women’s conference that my dear friend Gwen Watson put on. The theme was ‘BLOOM’… and she did just that. She’s been hearing God tell her that He’s ready to see her go in to a new season where he wants her to ‘preach ME (God)to them’. Gwen blossomed behind that microphone!! I can hardly wait to see what He will advance her to with speaking engagements!! I can only imagine that her sister, Mrs. Pat (my Christian mentor before she passed in 2019) was squealing with excitement from Heaven…

It was also an honor to be asked to prepare the cute little 🧁cupcakes🧁 for the attendees… each cupcake was sitting in a clay pot with a shovel 🪏 and lots of edible glitter ✨ on them. Cutesy Wutesy!! 🌺🌹🌷💐🌼🌸🌻🪷

These are just a few of the baked goods I made last week. Red velvet cake balls, chocolate cake balls, vanilla cake balls, Dreamsicle Bundt cakes, Lemon Blueberry Bundt cake, dipped Lemon Oreo Cookies and the cute Dreamsicle Bunny Butt Cupcakes.

A German Chocolate cake is probably one of my most favorite cakes especially when it’s made with a homemade coconut pecan icing. I made this one for a good friend/customer to enjoy with their coffee. 💕

Chewy Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies… requested by a friend/customer. Made with sugar free chocolate chip morsels, Greek yogurt and no eggs. The next batch I make I will ‘modify’ the recipe to make it a total sugar free version. *feedback on these cookies from a few of my tasters and the customer… they are keepers!!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE when I am asked to teach a CREATIVE class of any sort… baking, cooking, bow making, wreath making, flower arranging, etc… if it’s in the craft world, I’m ON IT! 🥰. A local law firm hired me to teach a class to thirteen of their fun and awesome staff members. The theme was Valentines. Take a look at what an incredible job they did!!
