Wild Lettuce is mainly used for and highly sought after for its pain relieving and mildly sedative properties, it helps reduce muscle and joint pain, and can reduce anxiety. I have personally used it for sciatic nerve pain, back pain, and stress headaches.

*Disclaimer wild lettuce does naturally contain latex, it’s not recommended to use it if you have a latex allergy.
