My son👦and daughter👧 (Zachary and Scarlett) help me with my business. It started with the search for a perfect gluten-free cookie that was also decorated super cute. We found it very hard to find a celiac safe gluten free cookie, so we decided to create a recipe of our own. Just like that, You, Me and Gluten Free Cookies was born. 🍪

Our business is unique in that we have a dedicated gluten free f

acility. We use gluten-free oats and almond flour instead of rice, beans and potatoes which are commonly used for gluten free facilities. More and more people are starting the gluten free diet so now is the perfect time to start our company. It was created for a college social media course.

You, Me, and Gluten-Free Cookies is a dedicated gluten-free facility. Did you know that 1 in 100 people worldwide have celiac disease. Celiac disease is a chronic autoimmune disease, which means that you cannot "grow out" of it. Approximately 60-70% of Americans with celiac disease are not diagnosed and are needlessly suffering. The only treatment for celiac disease is to stop eating gluten.

Our gluten-free cookies are a wholesome, natural/organic treat for people to enjoy, without compromising good taste.

OUR WHY..
You, Me and Gluten Free Cookies was created out of love for my children. My daughter, Scarlett, struggled will illnesses for years prior to being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Shortly after her diagnoses we found out that my son, Zachary, also has Celiac Disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I went from being a “microwave mom” to learning how to prepare safe and healthy meals for my children. We were adjusting well to our new normal but my kids were greatly missing the sweet treats. We started to try different recipes and we landed on a few that were our favorites. My daughter loved coming up with the shapes and decorating ideas while my son enjoys the art of making a delicious cookie dough. It wasn’t too long before we created You, Me and Gluten Free Cookies. We love our little cookie business and appreciate all of our customers!
