About Norm!

My baking journey started when I made my first batch of bread at 11, with my mom’s never ending support. She was always encouraging my interest, and that made all the difference. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot—especially after taking two classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2013. That experience really opened my eyes to the difference between good quality and truly amazing quality.

Before starting my bakery, I faced the challenge of losing a business I had built from the ground up. During a tough time between jobs, I started baking with my brother-in-law and it rekindled my passion for bread. I saw a concept for upscale bread from another company, which inspired me to bring something new to the market. Now I bring my products to Landon’s Farmers Market where you can find me every Saturday from 9-12. I believe if people come try my bread, they’ll immediately understand the difference. It’s about quality, precision, and passion.
