Addy's Coastal Cakes & Creations is a small local baking company with the goal of providing fresh and wholesome cakes, pastries, and special made dishes for local restaurants, coffee bistros, and private individuals. All of our culinary creations are made with fresh organic ingredients grown by local farmers.

General information

Addy's Coastal Cakes & Creations is owned and operated by Chef Victoria Jennings, an honors graduate of the California Culinary Academy. During her time there, she specialized in pastries, and was an assistant teacher alongside renown pastry chefs Bo Freberg and Chef Robert Jorin. She then spent 2 years as a Sous Chef at a 5 star restaurant in Long Beach, CA. Her longing to return back to the beautiful Central Coast was simply too strong, and Ms. Jennings quickly found herself back home in Pismo Beach, CA. After starting a family, she worked as a pastry chef, which eventually led her into a dual purpose Sous Chef at many local restaurants including the beloved Giusseppes in Pismo Beach, CA. After over 10 years of working with different chefs from around the area, Ms. Jennings discovered a common need amongst the local restaurants and coffee shops; homemade gourmet desserts. She then started Addy's Coastal Cakes & Creations to fulfill local culinary needs.
