2 pretty little babies fresh out if the oven! 1 for a birthday and 1 just because.
Both made with 140g active starter, 325g warm filtered water, 12g kosher salt, and 500g King Arthur AP flour (decided to try something different and use less water) and recently started using a heating proofing basket and it has made a HUGE difference.
