Been enjoying all the sourdough classes! Don’t have photos of them all, sadly. I need to be better at that! 🙃 So thankful for each of you that’s participated! And really hope you’re forging ahead in your baking 🍞
On another note…I truly miss baking for y’all! I would LOVE to have a pop-up porch sale periodically, and after baking cinnamon rolls for yesterday’s class, AND with Mother’s Day a week away, I’ve decided a Cinnamon Roll Saturday is absolutely necessary! DETAILS COMING! ☺️

Learn how to feed and maintain starter, make dough for artisan sourdough, stretch & fold, bulk ferment, shape, score and bake bread by getting your hands in the dough!
Class includes: 2 hours hands-on instruction & light sourdough hors d’oeuvres.
Go home with: a jar of mature starter, a loaf in a banneton basket with tea towel to bake at home, instructions and a recipe!

A new year is always a time for reflection and review…as I look back over 2025 I am so thankful for each of you! Your support and encouragement has been overwhelming! It has been a joy to meet and befriend fellow sourdough fans 😊
As difficult and disappointing as it may be, I’ve decided to take a step back from the volume of baking I’ve been doing for several reasons, but mainly to have the quality time with my family that is just too precious to sacrifice. I’m not entirely sure yet what Savor will look like moving forward…I do know that I will keep baking and experimenting with new recipes and sharing them here! I’d also love to host some sourdough classes down the road! Please check back now and then for posts and updates in the future. I’m so grateful for each of you and pray God blesses you richly this year!
