Meet the Chocolate Chip Mayhem Muffin, loaded with chocolate, topped with sweet crumble, and baked with just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

Not officially open yet, but this beauty will absolutely be making appearances on future menus at Crumb & Chaos Co.

I fear I may have created something dangerous…

This sweet cinnamon roll sourdough loaf is hands down one of the best sweet loaves I’ve made so far. Warm cinnamon, soft swirls, that perfect sourdough bite… I couldn’t even wait to cut into it.

And the fact that my husband is obsessed with it too? Yeah. That says a lot.

This one may have just secured its place on the future menu for Crumb & Chaos Co.

Fluffy, tangy, dangerously soft rolls are in the works while I try to “perfect” them… (translation: I keep eating the experiments).

Who wants to be my taste tester when I finally stop pretending these are still in development?

If nobody volunteers, that’s fine. I’ll just assume you’re all scared of commitment to greatness.

Fresh baked. Sliced up. Actually enjoyed. That’s what it’s all about. My sister sent me this shot of one of my sourdough loaves (rosemary and garlic), and yeah… I may be a little excited!

Trying out a new design technique on my sourdough loaves this weekend. Still learning, still experimenting, and definitely having fun with it.

Now the real question… can you tell what they are? If I get the hang of this, there will be some fun ones in the future…

Keeping it classic… with a little chaos, of course. 👻🍞

This one is a traditional sourdough loaf with a playful ghost score, because bread should taste amazing and have a little personality.

Cute? Absolutely. Delicious? You already know. 👀

Just a reminder, Crumb & Chaos Co. is not officially open yet. I’m currently aiming for sometime after May 20th, with an official opening date coming soon.
