For a low-carb option, some burritos were made with just meat and cheese, using zero-carb tortillas. If you require a custom option to suit a specific diet, please ask!

Breakfast for 30 this morning! Biscuits and gravy, mini cinnamon rolls, bacon, and breakfast casserole. One of which is something I don’t make often enough, a veggie breakfast casserole. Mushroom, green pepper and onion, reminds me of a Denver omelette, minus the ham of course.
