Tuxedo Sheet Cake🤎

I had the sweetest opportunity to create this 3-layer, tuxedo-style sheet cake for a 30th birthday celebration for some of our dear friends.

Delicate chocolate sponge layers, a dark chocolate whipped mousse made with fresh cream, a white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, glossy dark chocolate ganache, and a marbled white chocolate drip.
Finished with piped chocolate mousse swirls and Belgian cookie accents. 🤎✨

I sourced these gorgeous florals from the event designer, Autiblooms, and styled them to be the star of the cake decor 🤍
