Unfortunately, we will be closed for one more day out of our regular schedule. Our cooling equipment broke down during the heatwave, and we need a day to repair, clean, and prep everything to get our week started.

Irish Beef Stew- Chunks of Beef, bacon, and vegetables simmered in a hearty, tomatoe-y, and deliciously malty Guinness gravy. The vegan version is made with Gardein "Beef" strips.

Happy February!

It's about that time of the year where we daydream about visiting New Orleans and take part in Mardi Gras festivities. Alas, the times make it difficult for us to travel so we decided to bring in a little bit of Creole into our piroshki!

This month's specials are inspired by Creole Jambalaya. A flavorful rice dish cooked with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, andouille sausage, chicken, and a variety of spices.

We also have vegan version that uses spicy Beyond Meat sausages and soy curls instead.

We've really enjoyed touring around the world with you using our piroshki as our medium!

As the year is coming to a close, we've decided to come full circle and bring back something that, not only did we enjoy creating at the start of our reopening, but one that was well loved from the beginning.
