Have you tried our August special yet? We brought back one of our favorites from last year's specials, Swedish meatballs!

Piroshki on 3rd makes fresh baked goods all day. The restaurant was featured on Food Network's Diners Drive-ins and Dives for their piroshkies and pelmeni soup. You can watch their bakers make them in the morning and smell the delicious aroma emanating from the piping hot piroshkies.

When it rains, it pours. Or in our case, when there's a heatwave, everything melts.

Unfortunately, we will be closed for one more day out of our regular schedule. Our cooling equipment broke down during the heatwave, and we need a day to repair, clean, and prep everything to get our week started.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding!

The National Weather Service is now expected to extend the excessive heat warning for the Seattle area, and the expected temperatures have risen.

UPDATE: WE WILL NOW BE CLOSED FOR THE WHOLE WEEK (7/26 TO 7/31) due to the forecasted prolonged heatwave.

With the weather going into uncomfortably hot territory, and our building's AC system still not working, ay this week. Not only to keep our employees safe, but also to give them a well-deserved break.

It's Barbecue season again, and you know what that means; Our 4th of July specials are back!

BBQ Pulled Pork: Pork Shoulder that's been seasoned with our special spice rub, smoked in-house with applewood and hickory for hours on end until it falls apart, then mixed with our tangy & sweet housemade bbq sauce. Paired with pickled red onions and a refreshing apple slaw.🍖🥩🤤

Vegan BBQ Pulled Jackfruit: Hickory smoked Jackfruit that's been seasoned with the same special spice rub and then tossed with our housemade vegan BBQ sauce. Mixed with some pickled red onions and a vegan slaw.🍃 🔥👌

Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger: Seasoned Ground Beef with a creamy blue cheese sauce and topped with crunchy french fried onions and bacon bits. 🍔🥓🧀

As always, our specials are made with lots of love and thought behind them. Our June special Chicken Satay and Vegan Satay piroshki are still available until the end of the week, so grab some while you can! 🏃‍♂️❤️

The Sakura-Con is coming so Grandpa Plisetsky came by to make his good ol' Katsudon inspired Piroshki for the month! He even made a vegan version as well!

Pork Katsudon- Deep fried pork tonkatsu with eggs, onions, and rice cooked in a sweet & savory dashi sauce.

Chik'n Katsudon- Deep fried breaded chik'n with "just egg", onions, and rice cooked in a sweet & savory miso sauce.

We're "Marching" into Spring now and we're loving the little bits of sunlight we've been seeing. With St. Paddy's day coming up, our Irish Beef Stew inspired piroshki is making a comeback this month in both regular and vegan form.🍀🍀🍀

Irish Beef Stew- Chunks of Beef, bacon, and vegetables simmered in a hearty, tomatoe-y, and deliciously malty Guinness gravy. The vegan version is made with Gardein "Beef" strips.

Also, dont forget about our more traditional eastern European flavors we offer as well. With everything that is happening overseas at the moment, we are donating 10% of the proceeds to the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund when you order a Beef&Cabbage or Potato&Cheese. ❤

Happy February!

It's about that time of the year where we daydream about visiting New Orleans and take part in Mardi Gras festivities. Alas, the times make it difficult for us to travel so we decided to bring in a little bit of Creole into our piroshki!

This month's specials are inspired by Creole Jambalaya. A flavorful rice dish cooked with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, andouille sausage, chicken, and a variety of spices.

We also have vegan version that uses spicy Beyond Meat sausages and soy curls instead.

Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

We've really enjoyed touring around the world with you using our piroshki as our medium!

As the year is coming to a close, we've decided to come full circle and bring back something that, not only did we enjoy creating at the start of our reopening, but one that was well loved from the beginning.
So just in case you were still in hibernation...we present to you once again... our first special, the Butter chicken and Vegan Butter chik'n piroshki! It's creamy, buttery, slightly tomatoe-y, and absolutely brimming with spice.

It's been almost a year of our "Piroshki Around The World" monthly specials! As an Asian-owned East European bakery with employees from all walks of life, we wanted to highlight different cultures and their delicious cuisines using a medium we know best: piroshki.

Happy Filipino Heritage Month!!

As a Filipino owned business, we might've gone a liiiittle overboard celebrating with this month's specials. We brought back some of the old pinoyshki from the before times and have added some new ones as well.

Imagining ourselves chillin' by the beach right about now.

We are closed today due to the heat and to take time to brainstorm temporary solutions for ourselves as our Landlord has finally made it clear that it would take a while for them to find a fix for the building's cooling issues.

People from all over the world are watching and gathering to see their top athletes compete for the gold!

With Tokyo, Japan being the host this year, our special piroshki this month is inspired by a dish that, we think, gets a gold in the eyes of people everywhere, and especially here in Seattle.
