Greenhouse Cafe was established in the spring of 2022 by Ari Dapra and Cassidy Allen. Combining their efforts from years of experience working in many different facets of the restaurant industry with a drive to create great vegetarian food and an equitable work environment, Greenhouse was born. Cassidy began working in restaurants at 15, working his way from dishwasher to prep cook to line cook. H

e found great enjoyment from working with dough and decided to complete the pastry program at Seattle Central. Ari also started working in the restaurant industry at a young age and focused on the front of house. With experience serving, managing, and bartending she found a love of making coffee and most recently worked as a barista. They met working at a cafe in Ballard and decided to start their own venture focusing on what they truly love to do.

Our summer schedule has changed a little bit, unfortunately we can't do a pop-up at Urban Family anymore 😭😭😭 the city said we can only set up for special events and serving our community breakfast is not reason enough to set up our booth. It's quite defeating honestly.
But, come visit us on Saturday or Sunday ❤️ love you Ballard
