SCOTTSDALE, AZ SOURDOUGH BREAD WORKSHOP DATE RELEASE!

Saturday, February 10th from 10-2pm

What you will learn:

+with your own dough to work with you will learn the entire process with me by your side. (mixing, stretch and fold, coil fold, shaping and baking)
+how to feed, care for and maintain your starter
+how to navigate and troubleshoot making sourdough bread at home

ALL FLOUR USED IS FROM AZ grown HAYDEN FLOUR MILLS.

What you will receive:

+ a 10 page workbook filled with recipes, the method and a full page of tips to help you.

+ 100 grams fresh starter in a Weck jar and starter guide

+ focaccia and charcuterie lunch served with a glass of rosé

+ 1 FULL week of ongoing support to help you transition your starter at home.

Additional supplies and guides available at workshop for additional price.

$130 per person - this is not a “watch” and learn workshop. This is a ”do” and learn / you will work with dough for the day alongside me.

Location is Scottsdale and Dixileta.
