Edit: … this is I think maybe the earliest I’ve ever sold out!? Its 11:48am right now 😭 thank you all so so much I appreciate it more thank you know. I will be closed next weekend by the way.

Good morning everyone! It’s day two of me celebrating my two year anniversary so again I’ll have little coupons to give out to the first 10 customers today that will allow you to get 1 free baked food at a later day!

I have lots of sourdough, cinnamon rolls, focaccia, and more! Located at the lodge carts in Scappoose from 9am-5pm or sold out(has been happening around 12-1pm recently)

Also, I will be closed next weekend, again. My mother is coming into town and we are going on a little girls trip 🙂

Good morning everyone! I am open today & tomorrow from 9am-5pm or sold out at The Lodge Carts in Scappoose!

Also! This week marks me being open for 2 years. I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I started my bakery. I had no idea it would grow into what it has today and each weekend I’m blown away by the support. It’s a lot of work to make everything by myself, but it feels so rewarding at the end of the week 🙂

As a little celebration thing, the first 10 customers both today & tomorrow are going to get a coupon for 1 free baked good and that does include my sourdough loafs!

Anyway, thank you all again for making it possible for me to have survived for this long as a business, I couldn’t be here without all of you

Been a few days since I posted, just kind of needed a few days off 😅

But don’t worry, I will be OPEN this weekend! It will also be my 2 year celebration! I’m still trying to figure out what I’ll do, maybe first 10 purchases gets a free cinnamon roll or something like that 🤔 still trying to figure it out lol

Also just a heads up I will most likely have to be closed next week (Aug 22nd-23rd) because my husband will be out of town and I can’t move my cart by myself, the first week of September (5th-6th) because my mom is visiting and then also September 19th-20th because it’ll be my 7 year anniversary with my husband 🙂

Edit: WOW! Again this week is crazy it’s 12:19pm and I’m sold out! Seriously thank you all so much and see you next week 🙂

Morning! I am open today here at The Lodge Carts from 9am-5pm or sold out and I do have cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, French baguettes and of course sourdough bread!

Here’s a little trick you can do with both my loafs and baguettes if you want them crisped up or just hot. Preheat your oven to 350F, run your loaf of bread under some water (it feels wrong I know) and then pop it in for 7-10 minutes! You’ll have a completely refreshed loaf of bread that’s crispy and hot 🙂 this also works on stale bread too

Edit: WOW! I sold out so fast this morning 😅 I’ll be back tomorrow at 9am !!

Good morning! Just a reminder that I will ONLY have sourdough loaves today (Saturday) as I had to replace the wheels on my cart this morning.

I also think something happened with the dough and it’s not quite to my standard so ALL LOAFS are half off today as well!!

Swing on down to the lodge carts and come say hi! Open 9am-2pm or sold out today and 9am-5pm tomorrow or sold out (full menu tomorrow)

Just a quick update about this coming Saturday: I will ONLY have sourdough bread available (Sunday will be full menu). This is because I have to do some maintenance to my cart the early hours Saturday morning and I won’t have time to bake the majority of my other items as it’s very very important to me that I sell the freshest baked goods possible.

Like I said though, full menu Sunday with cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, focaccia, baguettes, and melon pan 🙂
