It’s been a hot minute!! This carved and stacked 2 was so much fun to make! A mix of delicious vanilla and rich chocolate butter cream on a decadent chocolate chip cookie, this is going to be such a delicious treat for Erika’s 27 birthday! 💕🍪 The 7 will be made of her other favorite treats. Made this cookie cake for Josh and I 🧡💜🖤 I wanted to experiment with making black icing using black cocoa (which makes it taste like Oreos!) and I love how it came out. The color is so rich and moody, and the flavor is amazing — dark, chocolatey, and just right for fall. 🎃🍪

Hi friends! My name is Katherine, and I’m the heart (and hands!) behind HoneyBelle Bakes. 💙

A little about me:
👦 I’m a proud boy mom, and my family is my greatest joy.
🍪 I’ve always loved baking – it’s where my creativity and love for sharing joy come together.
📚 When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me reading a good book or spending time with my wonderful family.
🐾 I’m also a dog mom, and my pups are never far from my side while I’m baking up something sweet.
💜 Most importantly, I bake with love in honor of my mom. A portion of my work supports donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause that means the world to me.
