I don’t do wedding often but when I do it’s fun! This was a Harry Potter themed wedding ☺️ wedding cake was my espresso self cake made gluten and dairy free and the cupcakes were s’mores and strawberry lemon 🤤

Pasta is one of my many love languages…this is an egg yolk raviolo filled with cacio peppe filling, sautéed garlic spinach and a perfect little egg yolk in the center..finished pics to come as it will be a class I’m teaching come March check the calendar for dates ❤️

Small cake for a 65th wedding anniversary ❤️ gluten free almond cake, whipped white chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries…whipped ganaches are definitely superior to buttercreams on a cake 🤤😉 not overly sweet, flavors are endless, pipes like a dream.

Another stacked number cookie “cake” done ✔️ some people don’t like cake and that’s ok. I prefer cookies too! This cake is chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean cream and lemon cookie with mixed berry cream. Modeling chocolate sakura flowers fortune cookies and other sweet treats on top for decorations
