MINIS!!!! 🤩 I’ve been wanting to offer mini cupcakes for a while now, I finally had a good excuse to give it a try… leftover Halloween candy!! 😆🎃🍬
I used my chocolate cake recipe that makes 12 of my full-size cupcakes (which to me are basically jumbo), and wanted to see how many minis I could get out of it.
OVER 5 DOZEN!! 😱
These are the perfect bite size, once they were frosted, I feel like they’re close to a 1/3 of my full size cupcakes. Perfect for kids, or just to try multiples. 😏

This little SWEET TREAT is sure to sweeten your day!
I call it the Boujee Brown Topper, inspired by a “Brown topper” ice cream cone (vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and nuts). 🎉🙌
Vanilla bean cupcake, filled and frosted with vanilla bean buttercream, dipped in chocolate and topped with cocktail peanuts. 🤤
