🍪🧡 A LITTLE THANK YOU & A HALLOWEEN GIVEAWAY! 🎃👻

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me just how special this little business of mine really is. 🥹❤️

☕🍪 COFFEE CAKE LOVERS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 🤎

Let me tell y’all, these Coffee Cake Cookies are a LABOR OF LOVE, but SO worth it! 😍

These aren't your average cookies! Each one starts with THREE separate balls of homemade cookie dough, layered with a delicious buttery cinnamon-sugar mixture in between to create those sweet cinnamon layers throughout the cookie.

But we don't stop there! 🤤

I make a homemade cinnamon streusel crumble from scratch, bake it separately until it's golden and crunchy, then pile it on top of each cookie before baking them AGAIN!

The result?! A big, thick, soft and chewy cookie with layers of warm cinnamon-sugar goodness, a buttery, crunchy coffee cake crumble on top, and a sweet vanilla glaze to finish it off! 🤎

These cookies take a little extra time, a little extra love, and a whole lot of butter! 😂🧈

If you love a good slice of homemade coffee cake, you're going to LOVE these!

Did you know… when making cookies with pumpkin purée in them, you have to get all the moisture out of it first. So 1/2 cup of pumpkin ends up being 1/4 cup after you dry it out.
