The time has come for the menu unveiling for July! A couple of Policies. I am currently working on a pickup basis.

1. If you wish to order any products, please message me here, and I will provide the information for pickup and payment.
2. Any cancellations need to be done at the latest 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Why "Aye Que Mezcla"? Well, growing up I was always creating new combinations with my food and my family would always say "Aye que mezcla." (What a mix.) Before ultimately tasting and enjoying the flavors. I saw it was fitting to name my bakery focusing on fusion exactly what I have been hearing since I was little. I hope you enjoy the flavors.

Super excited to share my delicious baked goods with you all! A little about me. I am a Puerto Rican woman living in Central Florida. I love fusion and experiencing different cultures and backgrounds and I try to bring that into my baking. I plan on bringing the classics and introducing you to new flavor combinations you may have never tasted before. You may even see classic flavors transformed into new recipes. Currently I will be working on a preorder pickup basis with monthly menus. I cannot wait for you to try my baking!
