I have a new loaf this week, Buckwheat flour is something that I have recently been experimenting with and have come up with something that I am happy with. This is not a gluten free bread, but it is 'lower gluten' and tastes great :)

You do not need to reserve, bread and sweets will be available for purchase throughout the event time frame.

Hello! For those that don't know, once upon a time I bought a vintage camper that I wanted to restore and turn into a mobile retail space for the bakery.

Well, the camper was in much worse condition than originally anticipated, so we have pivoted. My wonderful husband is building a trailer from scratch, but we would like to salvage as much as we can from the camper.
