Happy Father’s Day!

We were celebrating with mini dacquoise (a hazelnut macaron), mini salted ganache tartlets, mini vanilla bean cupcakes and mini dark salted chocolate ganache cupcakes! Basking in the sunshine, with amazing company and a beautiful view of Tomales Bay! Wishing all the Fathers and Father figures a beautiful day of celebration!

Mmmmm. These Hazelnut dacquoise sandwich cookies are one of my absolute favorite desserts and they are incredibly hard to find in America.

A roasted hazelnut meringue cookie filled with a smooth creamy coffee Italian buttercream or with a lightly whipped salted chocolate ganache.

These beauties do freeze well … but let’s be honest…they never make it that far. 💖✨
