Sandbakkles or "Sand Tarts" get their unique texture from finely ground almonds. This fancy Norwegian shortbread cookie can be eaten as is, or turned over and topped with custard or jam. We only make them once a year for Vista Viking Festival . Don't miss out on this limited batch of specialty treats.
