Introducing Les Éclairs de Chez Goûté. 🔥

By popular demand, I'm so excited to add éclairs to the menu! Many of you wanted a specific kind of éclair: “a not too fancy, but not too ugly, traditional éclair that you can find at your corner pâtisserie in France!”… you asked and I delivered!

I can't wait for you to try the chocolate and coffee flavors (my two favorites!).

Fraisier season is upon us! Yes, Gouté's famous strawberry delight is back; who is as excited as am I? 🍓

I've been a little MIA here, even if I continue fulfilling orders every weekend. As many of you know, Gouté is my weekend passion project, and as I recently started a new job (which I'm so excited about!), I needed some time to adjust :)

What makes Le Fraisier the perfect spring cake? This beauty has two layers of genoise sponge cake, a vanilla-flavored 'crème diplomate,' a layer of lime-infused strawberries compote, topped with fresh strawberries, and a thin layer of marzipan.
