Hey everyone!! Been awhile since I last posted but I'm back in business. There's been a few changes and we'll now only be offering the desserts on my menu and will no longer be making cakes.

Special Birthday Cake I made for my sister yesterday...her favorite Red Velvet but this time I decided to try something new...White Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse with 2 layers of Red Velvet Cake...too bad I forgot to take a picture of it inside but it was soooo good... still need to perfect my mirror Glaze but so much fun to make.
