Hello everyone!!

I know it's been awhile but I've been nurturing and expanding my baking. I've also set up an Instagram page (caroljenningsbites) where I've posted some of my work. i helped open a bakery and was head scratch baker/shop manager til it closed mid July and now I'm working as a pastry chef at Viejas!

I know the holidays are around the corner...I'll be posting an updated menu as I've decided to change things up a bit, but, I'll still have some of my favorite things that you just can't get anywhere else (rugulah, pecan crisps, my bark, etc) as well as some amazing new flavor profiles so please check back end of the month!! And thank you in advance for those who have supported me and to my new customers who help promote me.

Hello everyone!

That Super Bowl game was quite the game...first O/T game in history---WoW!!

Another WoW for me is my kitchen update is nearing the end...finally!! The projected date of completion is 2/16/17. It has been a very long, sometimes challenging, 2 months. Unfortunately, I won't be able to fulfill any Valentine's Day orders but look forward to everyone's continuing support after I re-open. I'm thinking about some 'special' way I can say thank you to everyone.

Happy New Year everyone!!

As a lot of people know, my kitchen got flooded recently & unfortunately, I had to cancel some orders as well as decline new ones. I just got the word that work should start this upcoming week & with luck, I should be back up & running the beginning of February...just in time for Valentine's Day!! Keep those positive vibes my way please.

I'd like to thank everyone for their continued support for the small business community which includes me with Bites of Happyness---I look forward to continue putting smiles on everyone's face.

BTW everyone, the website is getting updated this weekend so definitely give it look then.
Remember, I can ship everything but cheesecake, bites are vacuum packed & I use the flat rate boxes to help keep your shipping costs down.

Hello...hope everyone had an excellent holiday season & New Year celebrations!! Thank you to everyone who placed orders. I shipped many more orders this season than the previous 2 combined.
