Hello all. We took some time off but we will be back to figure out how to approach this mutual aid effort. We appreciate all of you and kindly ask respect for our prior hosts space and not drop off anymore donations to their address. Especially in this summer heat, there’s no way food can be kept in acceptable donation conditions without proper storage. For now please go check out other fridges in our area. Thank you!

Good morning community. We are looking forward to working together in our goal of finding a host.

As we had mentioned there were challenge’s as we were relocating to a new space and unfortunately we did not even have the chance to open up the space for the community. For those reasons we have to move soon. We are aiming for this weekend 5/7 or 5/8 to get volunteers to move the fridge & shed.

We would really appreciate it if we could get help with truck owners and volunteers who don’t mind helping physically.

This announcement was not an easy one to make neither was it in a timely matter and for that we apologize. Please reach out to us for any questions, comments, or concerns.

We are looking for a new host! So please spread the word.

The previous host of the fridge has agreed to still have the pantry for dry goods open. It will be set up front of 3772 Wilson Avenue, instead of the alleyway.

Lastly, thank you all for the support it was a good approximately 10 months of helping people and it was all possible with the efforts of everyone involved.

Stuffing, pancake mix, Lots of canned green beans and other canned veggies. Precut apples and carrots snacks, serving size of milk, mangos, an apple, some fresh kale, and squash in the fridge. Freezer has ice packs and two baguettes.
