I rarely bake with liquor.
In fact I always enjoy my drink next to my cake, but today I had a mission to create a cheesecake with a touch of the clients favorite scotch in it.

Miracles happened to create a scotchy caramel sauce turned to a silky ribbon that I marbled into the cheesecake batter. Don’t worry the the graham crust is a bit boozy as well.

As always, I documented the process.

Love is my first ingredient and I have over 10 years experience baking and cake decorating. My carefully formulated recipes are a modern adaptation of scratch methods and family traditions.

Baking is my greatest passion but so are people. Nothing is as amazing a feeling as creating a cake that delivers love at first bite for my clients. I want you to be proud of the cake you serve and I channel that into every order I make.

I see cake as art and take the look and design very seriously, but taste is equally as important, and these two aspects are my promise of utmost quality.
