Easy meal prep idea for breakfast and lunch

Overnight oats:

1/2 cup of oats
1 tbls chia seeds
1 tbls honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Cover with almond milk and stir
Add any kind of berries to top. I used wild frozen blueberries.
Refrigerate and enjoy!

Teriyaki chicken and vegetables:

Slow cook chopped chicken breast in crockpot with any kind of teriyaki sauce for about 4-5 hours on high
Steam a mixture of stir fry vegetables
Cook 1 cup of rice
I cooked basmati rice but you can use brown or any kind you like.

For my portions I did
3/4 cup of chicken
1 cup of vegetables
1/2 cup of rice
